Go to tavezio.com/app or click the (?) at the top right of the screen on Tavezio Vue.
REPORTING A DELIVERY ISSUE VIA SMARTPHONE
1. Go to tavezio.com/app and login using your Tavezio username (email address) and password.
2. After logging into your account, click on the Delivery Exception Form
3. Select a Purchase Order (PO) by clicking the button to the right
4. Fill in the invoice #
5. Select the item(s) which you would like to report an issue with. Fill in all required fields *
6. Attach photos: copy of invoice, and if you have the product, photos of the product and the vendor's label on the box. Tap Submit.
PRO-TIP: You can take photos while filling out the form or upload from your photo album.
7. We will contact the vendor and reply to you via email with next steps.
REPORTING A DELIVERY ISSUE VIA WEB (2 OPTIONS)
OPTION 1:
1. Find the Purchase Order by searching previous ORDERS (left side of screen). Open the Purchase Order and click Report Issue. Skip to Step 4 below.
OPTION 2:
1. Click on the (?), followed by Create Ticket
2. Select the Delivery Exception Form
3. From the list of Purchase Orders, click the button next to the order which you a reporting an issue
4. Add the invoice number. Select all of the items that you to report, you can select multiple items in one submission. Fill out the required information for each item.
5. Complete remaining information on form. Attach photos: copy of invoice, and if you have the product, photos of the product and the vendor's label on the box. Click Submit.
6. We will contact the vendor and reply to you via email with next steps.
