Searching For Items (with Toggle)

The Toggle Search feature lets you instantly switch your search results between My Ordered Products (only items you have previously purchased) and All Items (every product available). The system defaults to My Ordered Products, making it faster to reorder familiar products without scrolling through unfamiliar ones.

What is the Toggle Search feature?

When you search for a product on the Vue ordering portal, you'll notice a toggle switch in the upper-right area of the search results page. This toggle controls which products appear in your results:

Step-by-step: Using the toggle

Step 1

Type your search term into the search bar at the top of the page and press Enter (or click the magnifying glass icon). For example, search for “liquid eggs.”

Step 2

Your results will load showing My Ordered Products by default. You'll see only products you have previously ordered that match your search term.

Step 3

Locate the All Items / My Ordered Products toggle in the upper-right corner of the page, just above the results list. Click or tap the toggle to switch to All Items.

Step 4

The results will expand to show all available products matching your search term across all vendors. The item count at the top of the results will update to reflect the full list.

Step 5

To return to viewing only your previously ordered products, click the toggle again to switch back to My Ordered Products.

✎ Tip

You can also filter further with the Product Options on the left side of the search results.

Frequently asked questions

Why don't I see any results when I switch to My Ordered Products?
If the filtered view shows no results, it means you haven't previously ordered a product matching that search term. Switch back to All Items to browse all available options.

Will using the toggle change what I ordered in the past?
No. The toggle only filters what you see on screen — it does not affect your order history or any previously placed orders.

Does the toggle reset between searches?
No. The toggle will stay set to the last option that you chose.

Can I add items to my cart while in the My Ordered Products view?
Yes. You can enter a quantity and add items to your cart just as you would in the All Items view.
