If you receive a delivery with a mispick, damaged item, wrong quantity, or any other issue, report it through Vue so our team can research it and get you the proper credit.
Tip: This process is best completed on your phone so you can photograph the distributor label on the spot at the time of delivery.
Note: The information submitted through the app is required by the vendors in order to process your exception and issue the appropriate credit.
Important: Always report delivery issues to the driver at the time of delivery and submit a report through Vue. Both steps are required.
Open the Vue app and log in with your Vue username and password.
From the Vue menu, select Delivery Exception. This will take you to the reporting screen where you can log the issue against a specific order.
Locate the Purchase Order (PO) associated with the delivery that had the issue. You can search by PO number or browse your recent orders.
Find each item with a delivery exception and complete the required fields. You may be reporting one item or several — fill out a separate entry for each problem product.
Common issue types include:
Upload a clear photo of the item(s) in question.
Required: Your photo must clearly show the distributor label. Reports submitted without a photo of the distributor label cannot be processed.
Once you submit your report, the PO is flagged for review. Here is what to expect:
What if I have multiple issues on the same delivery?
Report each problem item separately under the same PO number.
What if I forget to report the issue to the driver?
Still submit your report through Vue as soon as possible. Notifying the driver at time of delivery is important, but submitting through Vue is required for a credit to be issued.
How will I know when my exception has been resolved?
Our team will reach out directly if additional information is needed. You will be notified of the resolution and any credit applied to your account.
Is there a deadline for reporting a delivery exception?
Report exceptions as soon as possible after delivery. Delays in reporting may impact the ability to process your credit.
