SUM Report (Spending Update Memo)
SUM Report (Spending Update Memo)
The SUM Report gives you a snapshot of spending activity across your vendors. You can run it for all vendors or a specific group, and choose whether to pull current data or report as of a past date.
Step 1 — Open SUM Reporting
From the Vue navigation menu, click SUM Reporting.
Step 2 — Choose Your Reporting Option
Select the scope of your report:
| Option | What It Includes |
|---|---|
| All Vendors | Spending data across every vendor in your account. |
| Advance Reporting | Select specific vendors. |
Step 3 — Set a Date (Optional)
The Date field is optional.
- Leave it blank to pull the most up-to-date data available.
- Enter a past date to see a snapshot of spending as of that specific day.
Step 4 — Run the Report
Click View SUM Report. Vue will generate and display your report on screen.
Step 5 — Review & Print
Once the report loads, you can review your spending summary on screen. To save a copy, click Print SUM.
