Vue allows you to mark items as Preferred or Disliked to help tailor your ordering experience. Use these options when an item meets or doesn't meet your specific needs — such as allergies, quality preferences, or brand requirements.
💡 Tip: Multiple Items on a Line
Sometimes multiple items on a line can be the same product from different brands. If you want to ensure a specific brand is always selected, Prefer that item and Dislike the others on the same line.
Marking an item as Preferred flags it as a top choice. This is useful when an item consistently meets your needs — for example, a specific brand that accommodates a dietary restriction. This means that this item will show by default, even it it is not the least expensive option.
Marking an item as Disliked signals that it doesn't meet your needs. Disliked items will be deprioritized, helping ensure they are less likely to be selected during ordering.
You can remove a Preferred or Disliked status from an item at any time.
⚠ Important
If an item is Spec'd In — meaning all items on the line are the same brand — the Prefer and Dislike options will not be available for that item. Spec'd In items can be identified by the brand name displayed in purple.
